SHIPPING POLICY

 

USPS Standard shipping is a $3.99 flat rate charge for all orders. Complimentary shipping for orders over $50.

Orders placed by 2 PM EST are shipped on the same day with expected delivery of 3-7 business days excluding U.S. federal holidays.

We cannot ship to international addresses.

Standard shippings are not valid on orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box addresses. These orders will ship USPS Ground.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30 day no risk trials THIS TRIAL POLICY APPLIES TO PRODUCT SAMPLE ORDERS ONLY. We are very confident that you will love our products. If you are not satisfied in any way, we will offer a full refund, and you can keep the product as our gift to you. With any purchase that you make, you will receive an additional 10% discount card for your next purchase.

 

For any UNDAMAGED, UNUSED and/or UNOPENED product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product.

 

Once we receive the returned order, we will exchange it or offer a full refund based upon the original payment method.

 

We cannot accept opened or used products due to health and safety reasons. If you have never purchased our products before, please order the smallest size.

 

Please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
